Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Given the nature of a downloadable digital item, such as an “eBook,” we are also unable to offer a full refund once the digital product has been purchased, as then the download process has been completed.
There may be circumstances where a partial refund could be offered, but those would be considered on a “case by case,” basis.

Please note that the number of downloads is limited to 8.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.)
We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
