Returns / refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Given the nature of a downloadable digital item, such as an “eBook,” we are also unable to offer a full refund once the digital product has been purchased, as then the download process has been completed.

There may be circumstances where a partial refund could be offered, but those would be considered on a “case by case” basis.

Please contact Support to state your case and reasoning for requesting a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any request where purchase was in breach of our terms and conditions, or “Return/Refund,” policy stated herein.

Please note that the number of downloads is limited to 8.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.).

We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
